In the heart of Houston, Texas, where cultures converge and dreams take flight, Faith Adodo’s story stands out as a powerful testament to strength, reinvention, and purpose. A second-generation Nigerian and the youngest of five, Faith’s path to fulfillment has been anything but ordinary.

Early Dreams and Family Values

Growing up in Houston, Faith’s aspirations were shaped by her hardworking family, who instilled the values of perseverance and resilience. From a young age, she dreamed of becoming a doctor. Determined to pursue this dream, she began working at Texas Children’s Hospital, believing it would pave her way to medical school.

Life took an unexpected turn when Faith faced significant obstacles and challenges while attending university. But Faith remained determined to pursue her ambitions. She refused to let anything define her future, choosing indeed to embrace the journey ahead with resilience and hope.

Redefining Success Against the Odds

Despite the challenges, Faith pressed forward. She made it to medical school, but during her third year, something shifted. The path she had once felt so certain about no longer aligned with the person she was becoming. Realizing that fulfillment couldn’t be found in a career that no longer resonated with her, she made the difficult decision to walk away from medical school and pursue something new.

Discovering New Passions and Building a Multifaceted Career

Faith’s reinvention began with a leap into uncharted territory. Today, she juggles multiple roles: a certified Scrum Master, a licensed Texas realtor specializing in both commercial and residential properties, and an active member of CREW Houston (Commercial Real Estate Women), where she advocates for women in the industry.

But Faith didn’t stop there. She explored creative outlets like modeling, pageantry, and even launched her own baking business. Each venture has added new dimensions to her identity, creating a unique and fulfilling journey.

Empowering Women Through ‘She Had Faith’

Faith found her greatest calling in empowering other women. Through her brand, She Had Faith, she encourages women to rediscover their inner strength and build faith in themselves—not just in God, but in their own potential. Her message resonates with those navigating life’s uncertainties, reminding them that challenges can be stepping stones to growth.

‘Revive Your Future’: Helping Others Find Their Path

Recently certified as a life coach, Faith created Revive Your Future, a program aimed at helping professionals stuck in unfulfilling careers reconnect with their passions. She works with individuals to shed societal expectations and return to what brings them joy and fulfillment.

Through personalized coaching sessions, Faith helps clients map a course toward meaningful careers, often showing them that the key to happiness lies in authenticity and self-trust.

Nurturing Future Leaders and Giving Back

Faith’s dedication to service extends beyond her professional life. At her church, she serves as an influential youth teacher, inspiring young minds. She also founded Royalty Ladies, a mentorship program for girls, fostering their personal growth and confidence.

Her travels—spanning seven countries—have given her a broader perspective on life, enriching the way she coaches and mentors others. Faith’s belief in making a difference through small acts of kindness shines through her community involvement. She regularly volunteers, reminding us that meaningful change begins with everyday compassion.
